quadro_bikeThere are some weakness of LED lighting waiting for improvement. 1 of them is that the lighting is a tiny bit also sharp for human eyes. Stare at the clean LED light source for seconds and eyes will not be really comfortable.
Not that friendly as incandescent lights. So many lamps are working with a frosted glass to diverse these light, and attempt to give a better feeling. These lamps are getting better. A single of these lamps are LED panel lights, which come from the thought of Grid light. Of course there are also LED grid lights in the market, which consist of 3pcs of tube lights in a grid base. Not terrible, but from the frosted lamps notion, designers begin to make a complete panel light, as an alternative of some pcs of tube lights.
So how do we make a best such light? We use SMD led as the light source, which usually be SMD5050 and SMD3528 Led. SMD5050 and SMD3528 are also the most important light supply of LED strip lights.
Similar with LED strip light, LED panel lights use hundreds of SMD3528 or SMD5050 to finish a single panel unit. There are monitor light bar of LED panel lights in the marketplace. One is power supply inside, the other is power provide outdoors the panel. The former 1 should be comparatively extra thick, some could be 8cm, with the SMD pcs on the bottom of the panel. The latter can be only 3CM, with the SMD on the side of the
panel. Which one’s superior? Not particular. The thick a single can be greater theoretically, but it also depends on the manufacturing and the supplies.
To measure a LED panel light we focus on some aspects.
1, the PCB style.
2, light supply.
3, the energy element.
4, manufacturing.
